Sleep Questions

Thank you for your interest in KCCAT's Cognitive-Behavioral Skills for Sleep Group! If you’ve been struggling for months to get your sleep on the right track, this group may be right for you! KCCAT staff will help you learn more about how sleep works, how sleep problems start and what keeps them going, and how to build good sleep habits. We will also work with you to develop a sleep plan for your individual needs, using skills from an evidence-based cognitive-behavioral framework.

Answer the questions below to help us determine if this group is a good fit for you and complete your registration!
1. Have you been dissatisfied with how much sleep you have been getting and/or with the quality of your sleep, and/or is this causing  problems for you in your day-to-day life? *This question is required.
2. Even if you don't get as much sleep as you want, does your schedule allow for at least as many hours of sleep as you need to wake feeling rested? *This question is required.
